Help with points

What error MSG are you getting ?

Also does the region you purchased the ms points in match the region of your account?

Perhaps you could ask a more specific question? Are you having problems buying points over Live? Are you have problems redeeming a pre-paid code? Do you want to know how to purchase them? Do you want to know what they are
for? What is it that you want?

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you got to 5,000 before the 1st of this month, they will be deposited on the 15th. If you got to 5,000 after the 1st, they will be deposited on
the 29th.

Towards the top of each forum, on the right, there is a drop down that usually starts out at "Most Recent". You can change that to "My Post" and it should show any posts you have created in that forum. Otherwise, you would just need to keep scrolling down
the forum until yours shows up.

You're not supposed to post beta questions outside the beta forums.Since you appear to have had your points converted on someone else's Xbox,you probably won't have access to the beta forums though.

Unfortunately it would seem you're going to have to wait until the beta dashboard goes live,or make any purchases on your friend's Xbox.
