Help with points blance dissapear

Hi good day, today i had a problem trying to buy a game with my points, the purchase mark an error and when i try to retry the purchase my points dissapear, i contacted the store support and they give me a report number 1371223505 he told me i had to leave
here a post and acording to the awnser and what is solved here they can or can't do something about the problem

My email asociated with my acount is

My deposit was january 11 2017 todays date is january 19, please help...

My microsoft points dissapeared?!

I had about 2800 microsoft points and now all i have is 500? Whats going on??? Why did my MS points dissapear on me?

beta problems

i brought a 1600 microsoft point card and i had switched from microsoft points to cash because a message on my xbox popped up and told me to and after i made a purchase of $10 and the balance after was $11 when i got on today the blance was $0 with no points
at all.

Sorry, but for billing support you will need to try contacting phone or chat support again. Once credits are deposited into your account, Rewards support no longer has access to them.

I can confirm your deposit on that date. However, once Credits have been deposited and removed from your Rewards Account, we can no longer take any action on them. You would have to reach out to billing support again for assistance with this issue.

Why would I need to read up on an issue I am aware of? I was pointing out the fact that there is more than 1 reason for missing points. Without further information, the best way to handle the situation is to direct him to where he can find the facts and
what he would need to do from there to find the solution. Only giving one solution to a problem that can have multiple answer is not proper support, that's just guessing and is a colossal waste of time when it's wrong. But hey, you know what they say about
broken clocks.

And I actually did post relevant information, which was reaffirming Raett's suggestion of checking billing.microsoft.com or phone support to find exactly what the points were spent on, which appears he did listen to as he was able to come back and provide
us details as to what they were spent on.
