    Hello friends I have 13.000 points in the promotion xbox live rewards however I can not get rescues because I never registered in this program the screen is blurred and thus I can not tighten, what should I do

    Those are Microsoft Rewards points, not Xbox Rewards credits. For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    If you haven't registered for the program then you wouldn't have been able to earn any rewards credits.
