    I need Microsoft help to retrive my PIN - conditions to log in my credits bought to play xbox 360 at pc.

    I changed my cell number because my parents moved from state to state at least two times.

    Please help.

    Is There a Way That Purchase on Xbox 360 Can be Blocked With Using PIN Number?

    I have children that love to download games, but I always recommend that they download free games only. When I get my credit card bill, there are expensive games that they have been downloaded. I'm not sure if the Xbox 360 has an option where a PIN number
    can be entered before charging a credit card. Please help!!!

    I have both an Xbox One and Xbox 360. I tried to use the MS credit on my Xbox One repeatedly and got this error. I then purchased something on the Xbox 360 and was able to use the credit. I used all of the credit balance and then paid for the rest with my
    credit card. The credit balance is now zero on both consoles so I am back to using only my credit card for purchases. I'm guessing that when you get reward credits, Xbox somehow distinguishes between reward credits for the Xbox 360 and reward credits for the
    Xbox One. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.
