Help with pending orders

I added money to my daughters xbox account for her to purchase Sims 4. She can't purchase any games without my permission & once she tries to purchase, a message pops up on my phone asking me if she can purchase this item or not.

She attempted a number of times to buy sims 4 (by clicking'buy') when she realised that she had actually pre ordered the game (11 times) as it was not due out until 16th July

This was 2 weeks ago and they are still showing as pending. I have gone into order history but there is no option to delete these games out, and every now and again I get a message pop up asking me if I will allow to purchase this game. I always say yes, but then it asks me to put money on her acct to buy it, ut she already has enough money on her xbox acct to buy it.

How do we get rid of the pending and pre orders please so we can actually purchase this game. Its driving me nuts!

Hi, I've tried this butthere is no check box to cancel, it still saying pending on 15 games. We havnt been charged for any of them.

Access your Order History and find the order or pre-order. Select Cancel Item next to the item you want to cancel. If you don't see this option, you've already been charged for the item, but you can request an exchange or refund. Select the checkbox next to the item and select the cancel item button.

From whom did you buy a digital code?

You usually don't buy codes from Microsoft as you usually buy items directly from Microsoft.

If you bought the code from a reseller like Amazon or some other store, you will have to contact the store about the whereabouts of the code.
