    I tried to get my password reset link from mircsoft they say it to many trys now they tell me to set up acct and how's I get the new acct on the Xbox with the old acct on it

    it should now ask the jacker for the new pasword before it fully logs them in the next time

    if he fails with that then the account should become useless to them

    Xbox support may still be your best bet.
