    Hey there Iodine! It sounds like your friend is on a Child Account. Did she set up an account for her son and just use that one? I would strongly suggest she create her own account as an adult and then use that to log in to the console. Let us know if that

    Are you asking for help removing parental controls that your parents set up, I don't think we can help with that

    If your parents put parental controls on the console, it would defeat the purpose if you could remove them yourself.
