Help with new Xbox One X

Thanks for coming to the forums. You are able to move the external drive to the new console with no issues. As they are both Xbox one gen consoles. You will have to redownload your profile on the new console, but everything else will be accessible once you
download the profile. Here is a
guide for setting up a Xbox one X console.

Hello to all. I'm guessing that you didn't read my complete post or didn't understand it? I purchased a refurbished Xbox One X, first, had issues, returned it, purchased a new one. So, now, I own a brand new Xbox One X, and still having issues. Thank you

It is a transition time between Xbox One S/X to the new Xbox one Series X, sooner or late people will move on and get the new console, but at least Xbox games will be playable on the series X and Xbox one for at least a year since the launch date, which
to me is great!

Hi the Xbox One X is a midgen console the the Xbox One (Series X) is a new gen mutch more powerfull console, still the Xbox One and One X continues to give good games.
