HELP with NBA2K on Xbox One - My Career Profile info not saving

Thanks for the Genesis info. I played Mass Effect 1 and completed 3 Sheppard careers. I thought about getting the Genesis pack to explore more careers (and save elevator time) but now I have changed my mind.

You can go step by step, but I personally would start off by
reinstalling your profile. This could help resync your saved data to the cloud servers. I'm thinking that there may be some sort of corrupted save data that is stopping you from progressing into career mode.

hi, thanks for the quick reply. I tried that already and it didn't change a Thing unfortunately. we even uninstalled the game and re-installed it. the strange Thing is that i can't even sign in on nba2k.com with my xbl gamertag. 2k support was saying that
everything would be fine with my account though. my dad can sign himself in. might it be an issue that i have played nba2k2018 on my switch with another account? i used the same emailadress to sign in there.

would you have a support Hotline for 2k where i can call?

any other suggestions?
