Help with mysterious banning of account

Our family has an Xbox One console and our Microsoft Xbox account has been banned. We only play one game- Destiny 2. We purchased this game about three years ago. It came with the expansion pack and we entered the password to unlock the expansion. It had been almost two years since we played the game. Everything in the game changed. We tried to input the pin in once again, and that is the only thing we can think of that might have led to our banning.

I logged into our Xbox account online and it says that our account is banned. Because of the ban, we cannot contact anyone for support.

I called the number I found online for tech support. I spoke with a lady for 40 minutes and she said she could not help me.

Please advise on what to do to unban our account!

Only the enforcement team handles bans/suspensions and the only way they can be reached is via the case review process at https://enforcement.xbox.com/

I can see it now... They are gonna mysteriously ban anyone that Moons the kinect...

and his account mysteriously gets un banned. guess microsoft isn't as smart as i gave them credit for. 1 word: dumbtards.

It's extremely unlikely that you got the same console back, or that they would even know what was done to repair it at the time. Standard process is for them to receive your console, look it over for tampering and such, and then send you someone else's repaired
console so that the turnaround time is quick. Then your console goes into a pile with all the others waiting to be repaired and eventually is sent to someone else.

Yeah they really should tell you what they fixed and how. I recall this happend when i sent my 360 to pre fixed. You would get a letter and it would tell you what they did. Though in your case whatevre they had to fix is on need to know bases(its a secret
