You should also have received an email, with information regarding any action that has been taken against your profile, to your Microsoft account that is associated with your Gamertag.

Hi, is there someone else who uses your Xbox? If so, they may have signed up to the beta. Once someone else on your console signs up, they will be able to download the beta onto their console. Since you didn't sign up, you will not have access to the private
beta forum - however anyone else who signed up on your console will.
