help with my reddem code

be sure to check account.microsoft.com at the payment options and double check to what country the currency is connected and make sure your console is connected to the same country (in the settings)

If it's Xbox 360 content you are trying to purchase keep in mind that you can only purchase Xbox 360 content via payment options (credit card) on the Xbox One and Xbox.com. You can only purchase 360 content via account balance on an actual Xbox 360 console.

What I think happend was the code I reedem wasn't region locked so because my phone location was set to ja it automatically reddemed in (JMD) Currency so I think what the agent did was refunded that then reddemed it back but this time my account was set to (US)

Am no expert so am guessing here.

Hello Mr, when it says that reddemed the code would be from the game, if so unfortunately it is not possible to get a refund after a code has been redeemed, be it game or subscription.

As the game has different versions the PC version will have to be acquired.

also does your account country match the codes country?

like you are trying to reddem a canadian code on an american account

region locked codes wont work accross regions and result in invalid codes

Most codes are region restricted - in other words, they can only be used in certain areas, like the U.S.



If you are being asked for an American address, then this is probably the case.
