Help with multi accounts

Hi,

I didn't see this question asked anywhere so here goes.

I have an Xbox one X at home that I have set my 2 children up with an account each so they can play things like Minecraft, Roblox etc. I also have a series X at at my work address that I am signed into when I'm there. My gamepass account is obviously on both consoles as it's linked to my account.

If I am at work and the kids are playing on the Xbox at home I can't play at work. I have also tried to join their Minecraft game today by using cloud on my phone, but it comes up saying that I am already playing and do I want to end the other session.

Is it because Minecraft is on gamepass and it's using my account to play the game, or is there something else? I really don't want to have to buy 3 separate gamepass subscriptions so I can play with my kids while I'm away.

Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated and if more info is needed please ask

For Xbox 360, if you want the second son to be able to play online, you would need a second Gold subscription.

If they just want to play against each other locally, they would need a game which supports local multiplayer (it will say this on the back of the box), but here they would not need a Gold subscription.

If the second son just wants an account, he can have that without needing Gold - he could just have an online account. He would only need Gold if he wants to use it to play online multiplayer, or intends to use it to access Netflix or other Apps.

To elaborate on the above post:, if you find that 1 player can mine while the other cannot, simply have player #1 hit the BACK button on their controller. Use their D-pad to highlight player 2, then press the A button to select that player. Once you do
that, select the option called TRUST PLAYERS with the A button. You're done!

You have to make sure that in the options when you're loading a world are set to "Trust Players" if that isn't checked players other than the host can't do anything until the host gives them permission. Hope this helps.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file complaints on them through their profiles in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
