Help with Microsoft Store, Fallout 76.

So I first played Fallout 76 on pc with Game Pass. Later my Game Pass ran out and I had to uninstall it, but bought a Fallout 76 PC code. Everything worked just fine for a while, but now every time I try to start the game, it tells me "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." I have reinstalled the game multiple times. I have updated Windows multiple times. I have updated the drivers. I had already talked to Bethesda Support on another issue. Suddenly after the most recent Windows update, I can't play the game anymore and I don't have a rollback option to remove the last update. Microsoft Store keeps installing "Fallout76_GamePass" while PC is selected. I don't know what's going on but I'm sick and tired of trying to fix things I didn't break.

Once again, steps done:

Reinstalled Windows (Immediately updated itself even while updater was disabled)

Reinstalled game

Updated ALL drivers

Moved Fallout 76 from XboxGames to My Games under Documents

Checked Minimum Requirements (my pc skims the bottom, but still runs the game before this)

Cried

Prayed to several gods, including RNGesus

Rebooted

Denial

Anger

Bargaining

Acceptance

I had purchased the game code from a 3rd party offering huge discounts because I couldn't pay full price and used the code in the Microsoft Store.

I have tried both uninstalling and reinstalling from the Microsoft Store page, which did not work, and then reinstalled from the Xbox store page for PC. It did not work as well. I also followed all the steps on the troubleshooting issues for Xbox games on PC. Nothing worked, unfortunately.

Can I find out the exact version and edition of your Windows operating system? Please provide us with a photo showing the version and edition of your Windows. To do that please open the Run command by pressing Windows key + R on your keyboard, type winver, and click OK. Which version of Windows operating system am I running? - Microsoft Support
Does this only happen to this game?
Can you please provide us a photo or screenshot of the exact error message?
