    HELP with Microsoft Mahjongg


    Keep getting message "problem downloading refer to error code 101_107_1" Tried fixes, uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing. Checking error codes, none found! Help please.

    Windows 8 PC can not connect to Xbox LIVE

    I have the same problem, I think. When I try to use Wordament or MIcrosoft Mahjongg it won't connect. Mahjongg shows that I'm signed in, but when I try to actually play the game it says there's a problem communicating with an Xbox service and gives the error
    code 004500. I've checked for updates and I've also restarted my computer.

    Microsoft Mahjongg 117000 Error

    Hello,

    I need help with the Microsoft Mahjongg error. Working with a Microsoft agent, we determined that my Windows 10 system is current, we reset the app data and got the same error - cannot log into XBOX Live with my login. Thank you.

    Happening on three different machines for me, so definitely not a computer issue. It was working for me yesterday - caught up in Mahjongg and Solitaire, and played a couple of daily challenges in Minesweeper with no issues. The machine I am currently on
    had not updated Mahjongg or Solitaire, but failed both before and after updating with the 002408 error.

    I have the same error codes in both Solitdaire and Mahjongg. So much for updates.

    I'm having the same problem. Has been this way since yesterday morning. Also get the same message from XBox Mahjongg and Solitaire. Interesting thing, Wordament is also an XBox game but that one works just fine.
