Hi, I'm trying to help my son log into his Microsoft account to play Minectaft. We know the user name, but we can't recall the e-mail address.

Any way to retrieve?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to unlink the account via the Microsoft once it has been linked;

In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support to ask which Microsoft account your PS account is linked to, as only they have this information and see if they can help;
