Help With M.S. Solitaire Daily Challenge

For the past couple of weeks whenever I go to play I get a white screen when it should be playing the ad which never plays and stays a white screen never allowing me to bypass it and play the game. what do I do to fix this

Accessing Solitaire Challenges - Error 002000

I am having the same issue but with Microsoft Minesweeper Daily Challenges. I can access the Microsoft Solitaire Daily Challenges.

Try this:

(Reset App Data)

This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.?

Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset
