    Help with locked out controllers since early 2020 update


    Greetings all, I understand that you're not allowed to ask for support as such unless it relates to content within the insider program. However I did feel that this may be a good place to ask in case this issue has been reported previously leading up to the early 2020 dashboard update. Alternatively I did wonder if joining the omega build may even help resolve the issue?

    This is not actually my problem, I am an xbox ambassador who spotted the issue on the forums and have been trying to help the original poster.

    The original poster has carried out a substantial amount of troubleshooting and as you can see is understandably frustrated, he is technically knowledgeable, as am I, but neither of us are as familiar with the system updates as perhaps the members of this channel are, so I thought it might be worth a shot!

    Finally, if this is in breach of the rules of this channel please do lock down or remove, but if you have any ideas of anywhere else I could ask please let me know!

    When is custom profile pics coming back online for xbox. its been 4 years?

    They've been back since late 2020 or early 2021. The Xbox app on PC was just never updated to work with that feature.

    Has anyone had the lock up since the update last night? It may be too early to tell if that fixed it but I was just curious.

    Account locked cant log into microsoft/xbox

    Hi everyone,

    my son still cant get into his account he has been locked out since 24th July 2020 and I have put in so many requests to get it unlocked. Microsoft email me an SIR number but dont give any updates - this is ridiculous.

    I have a very frustrated son.
