First I wanted to mention that as this is an open forum our ability to help is limited only to advice. What I can suggest to you would be to read through this post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com... on the steps you can take to recover your account.

My other account was banned for attempting to hack people, asking for personal information, or trying to use Xbox live for commercial use. The thing is I haven't been on in 2 months so I don't know how this occurred. And I also have $50 on that account and
now I cant recover the money. Xbox gamer tag is MC Slimie

Hey! My name is Ali. I'm not sure if you still need help figuring this out or not--but here is what fixed it for me:

Go to the Microsoft Store on your PC. From here, check whatever account you are signed into.

If you are signed into a different account from what your Minecraft account is associated with, then sign out and sign back into your MC associated account.

Example:

I was signed into my Microsoft Store with the email "email1". However, my Microsoft account that had been associated with MC was tied to "email2"

So, I signed out of my "email1" email, and signed into my "email2" email in Microsoft Store. Then I booted up the MC Launcher again and it worked just fine.

However, if you are signed into the correct account, I suggest making sure all of your Windows's features are up to date (check in settings app), uninstall/reinstall MC launcher, and make sure there are no updates needed inside the Microsoft Store to the MC launcher itself.
