Help with games locked at 24hz in fullscreen

Hello, in all the games that run with DirectX, when I open them in fullscreen, they will be capped at 24hz (although the tv where I play can run at 60hz). The games it has happened are Valorant, FragPunk and Baldur's Gate. The last one I tried to run it with Vulkan and then it worked like a charm. There's only one way to fix this and it's playing it in borderless or pressing Win + Ctrl + Shift + B, but everytime I alt-tab I need to press that command again. I'm gonna leave my specs if it's relevant but I already tried DDU and reinstalled Windows 11.

This would be an internal setting in the games.

You would need to contact the developers as these are not MIcrosoft products, we have no ability to support them

there is one 360 game that still requires 50hz or it craps out. feeding frenzy.

So if I allow 24hz can it do more harm then good? So far I do not see any difference when this setting on or off. I only play video games on XBOX, no movies., So if I allow 24hz may be the graphics will suffer?

24hz is for movie playback at the proper frame rate, particularly from Blu-ray.

There have been some games that support it, but i've only seen them on PC

If you don't play any videos on your console, either via DVD's, Blu-Rays or streamed content, the 24Hz and 50Hz modes will not engage and therefore whether they are on or not will be irrelevant.

They are only there to insure correct playback of video. They will have no adverse affect on your games or your console.
