    need help with my game pass i got a balance of $25.00 on muy Xbox gift card i used this method twice two pay for my game pass but this time i can't pay the $11.14 of the game pass . I been trying to pay but for some reason don't let me. Please
    help me i don't know what to do. Thanks.

    I can't cancel the xbox game pass

    I just wanna cancel the fu.....g game pass suscription because I can't play on line, in my suscriptions appears: "You must pay the renovation" (when I download the game pass trial I choose the automatic renovation), but I don't need the gamepass anymore,
    I just play online and I can't.

    I need a solution for this problem, I DON'T WANT THE GAME PASS SUSCRIPTION AND I DON'T PAY FOR THAT TRIAL, what is wrong with you guys? this kind of problems should be and need to be resolve by the user in their owns xbox one console.

    You must have a credit card or pay pall as a backup. You can't gift it. The account that has credits must buy game pass ultimate. As I said you can do it with the Microsoft credit but you will need a credit card or pay pal. Just go to your game pass on your
    box or on this link: Game pass.
