    Help with family accounts


    I recently created an outlook email address for my kids in order to create new xbox profiles for them to play on Xbox... Today my kids account was locked and I'm not sure why... Upon trying to unlock them via text verification, I get an error message stating
    that I've exceeded verification attempts for the day, yet this was the first time I was trying to do this... We're my kids accounts, hacked?
