Help with expired email

Hi again, I have re subscribed to Xbox live, so probably have two paid accounts, seems I can’t get to speak to any human! I did a reset and lost my email account, from a few years ago so can’t do anything.

Any ideas?

If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support.

Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge". (not your exact issue but it should get you through)

Oh if I could get past the auto speaker and talk to a human

Regarding your issue, you will need to contact the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support to see if there is anything they can do about that.

I called support. They said the code expired (even though there was no expiration date on the email). They told me to post on the Xbox rewards forum and request a new code. Hopefully, they can help me.
