Help with Cox Contour Cisco Box

The Cox Contour App currently is not available for Xbox 360. The app currently is available :

I ended up going back to my old cable box. This xbox issue annoyed me too much and Cox mislead me on the cost of the Contour box/service. Wasn't worth the price to me.

I've had some success with this!!

I'm using the Cisco DTA-250HD box with Cox Communications. I was able to control the box by positioning the cable box at an angle towards the Kinect and then manually entering the code information.

Device control --> cable or sattleite box --> remove cable box --> cable box set up --> enter it manually --> cox cable communications --> select Cox --> enter it --> dta250hd --> select DTA250 --> set IR Delay to slow

I am having this same problem with the details window with the Cisco 9856 HDC (record 6) from Cox... are the codes above applicable to this cable box as well ?

I'm having the same Issue. It's been a month that I've been trying to figure this out and no luck! Cox cable can't help me and neither can Microsoft. Tried explaining it to them both on live chat and they don't get it. I have the Contour 9865HDC cable box
that my Xbox one S says it does not recognized. If you have discovered anything new please let me know. Thanks!
