Help with billing pleaseeeee

i need help please, i recently moved back to the Canada from the US and bought a game code for ghost recon wildlands, i guess it wont let me use the code while my region is set to canada and because i bought the code with usd. I keep getting a message saying
error code not from this region and really want some help to get this code working so i can start playing again. Would greatly appreciate help.

I can't load my save, it keeps saying I'm missing the needed DLC to play, but it doesn't state which ones.

I deleted and re-downloaded all of the free ones, because that's all I downloaded.

In the Sanctuary I went up to the Traitors Keep DLC and opened it but I never purchased it, but I brought me to the advisor of the treasury, so I'm not sure of that.

Help please, I JUST beat the game and someone gave me the Swinging Sword and I don't wanna restart.

 

Sorry to hear it. It sounds like the code can only be used for a US account. What I would recommend here, if you cannot use the code, is to give phone support a call to see if there's anything they can do to help Customer Support
