Help with an unlawful ban.

So, I am being banned 1-2 times a day for the last 2-3 weeks give or take for a post that was made over 7 months ago(note; I went 10 years with very few bans)

I remade the post many times so I keep getting banned for the exact same thing.

From my understanding xbox thinks I was selling items for real money when in reality I was trading them for other ingame items.

I'm a loyal xbox fan, I have spent thousands of dollars on Microsoft & have had my account for 10 years. But it is unplayable now due to this minor misunderstanding that truly has ruined my gaming expirence. Microsoft as a company have left a strange taste in my mouth with this lack of support or understanding of the situation. This is my last hope for a change here. Otherwise I will make sure to reccomend that no one I know buy anything Microsoft branded. I wasted thousands over the years just to be banned with no support.

Okay.. so, because I was making a post for trading ingame items which is a thing you can do in an insane multitude of games across many consoles. I now have to wake up every single morning to a ban?

My REAL question. Is why 7 months later? If I had known this with an initial ban on the first time I made the post I would have stopped, even though it's a ridiculous thing to get banned for. That is absolutely horrendous. Is there no way for me to stop this? Trust me I've learned my lesson with the 15 bans I have already recieved for this problem. Banning me daily isn't doing anything but turning me away from xbox entirely. It's completely unfair, as a decade long user of these products.

Yes I have been checking the site every single morning when I wake up for almost a month now because i wake up to emails telling me I'm banned.

THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO.

If this is literally the only options I have to stop this nonsense I'm done with xbox. I cannot believe that this is a real thing that is happening to me. I'm completely blown away. I shouldn't have to fight so hard just to play!!!

I also want to add, that this rule about only being able to post looking for people is absolutely insane. Many people play games for many different reasons, particular play styles, objectives, ect. Looking for someone to trade with is an important part of gaming for a lot of people.

It saddens me that after 10 years on xbox and the insane xbox collection I have built with both physical games and accessories & digital, that this is how we are treated. That rule hinders us from being able to utilize aspects of certian games without risking a ban? How is that even remotely fair? & how do I deserve 3 weeks of communication bans potentially leading to a permanent ban for this?

You wiuld have to check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review in order to contact the enforcement team

As far as how long it's been since the initial post, investigations can take time so the enforcement team could just now be getting to it. They've also been known to issue some types of suspensions in waves instead of as they occur.

If you've posted about the trades in an LFG post, that is not allowed. While trading is allowed in some games, LFG posts are only meant to find others to play a game with and is not considered in-game. So buying/selling/trading anything is not allowed in them.
