    So just now i talked to a Representative at Microsoft because in 2013 my account had got hacked and ive been trying to reset the password and it worked so today i log in and it says it was permanently ban and im upset with that because 1 i haven't had
    my account 5-6 years and i found out its ban like really and 2 all of my games and dlc's are on the account and now i cant even download them. so im wondering exactly what is there we can do to solve this issue i can verify the account give recovery emails
    and even the games that was bought. someone please help me!

    I am planning on adding a password on my XBOX360 account but the trouble is 2 things. I have forgotten my 4 digit pass code to edit my family settings. And if things gotten even worse i forgot my Security pass answer. This is really a massive bother and
    i cannot do anything.

    I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions.

    You will have to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     for any information and possible options.

    If that doesn't show any options to do a Case Review then in this specific case I suggest contacting Xbox Support again to see if there are other options in this specific case or not

    Hi! I think you have a case of the Xbox 360 ghost! He sometimes creeps around and opens disc trays at random :)

    In all seriousness, thats an actual system problem that it has. Your disc tray overall might be going bad. Nothing you can really do about it except to either get a new one or continue this ones life until no more.
