Help with 4 Kings on NG+

Hello,

Anyone whom is willing, please help! I'm on NG+ SL 115 and can't seem to kill these guys. I can get the first one, and partially through the second, but then I get demolished by the others that spawn. I've blown through a countless amount of souls, time,
and humanity. I've tried the fight different ways and just can't seem to get it. Please message me on live, I'll get the message any time of day. I have a titanite slab for anyone that successfully helps me get by this boss (if trading is possible) ... I've
never traded.

4 Kings on NG+ Help.........

Hi all I an a strength build SL110 on NG+ trying to fight the 4 kings. I currently use Black Knight set all +5 and a black knight helberg. I get can kill the 1st king by myself and after that get destroyed. I tried summoning another player but the player
who helped wasnt really helpful. Any suggestions now the that the new patch is on it seems like most of the strategies I read about online are useless.

 

Kings is a boss fight you don't want to summon people to help you since you just want to be as fast as possible and not give these guys a HP boost. Anyway, I'd suggest you use a hardhitting weapon (black knight halberd +5 is what I use all day every day)
and wear Havel's or something so you can just tank them (they're totally tankable even at NG+4). Unless, ofc, you have a build uncapable of tanking. In that case you just gotta learn to dodge or get lucky with a summon who deals damage fast enough.

Thank you so much for responding! I actually beat them last night. Originally, I was using the black knight sword +5 and it had been working so well on my other battles that I didn't even consider it possibly inadequate for this battle, maybe it wasn't,
but it certainly didn't feel like it was working so great. My other big mistake was thinking that I was a high enough level to handle the battle without much trouble - like every other boss I had faced up to this point. So, I did some more reading and level
grinding. I found out that because my build is so diversified, leaning mostly towards melee, I needed more points in Str, Vit, and End. I also found out that the Black Knight Great Axe +5 is just a little faster than the sword - this helped a ton. I didn't
have enough Endurance to be able to wear Havel's full set. So, I made some substitutions for a high Mag resist helm and Pants. After reaching SL 131 or so, restocking on humanity and transient curses that I had squandered, I decided to give it another go.
On my first try, I got them down to 1/8 of their health remaining, never had more than one on the screen at a time (actually I had a big gap between number two and three, thought that I had encountered a glitch and he wasn't going to spawn). Then I died because
of pressing a wrong button, but killed them on the second try. I know that I have some more challenging bosses ahead of me but will make sure not to make the mistake of being under leveled again. Thank you for your post I appreciate the help. It was good to
know that I was going to be better off taking them on solo rather than co-op.

 

With practice, you may find you can defeat them at lower levels. If you get good at dodging, the red tearstone ring comes in handy against them. Also, Sipuli's suggestion of tanking with Havel's set is a good one that you can actually do at lower levels
than 131. For my money though, 4 Kings is the hardest boss fight once you hit NG+ and beyond.
