Help - Windows Xbox app with game pass - game stuck on download - cannot remove it

Thank you for the help.

There is something wrong with the Microsoft store on this laptop. I cant even download anything from there.

I just tried downloading the insider hub & whatsapp and they are both just stuck on "Downloading" like it happens in the xbox app. They have been stuck ike that for 2 hours now

I have done a wsreset but no luck

Solution 3: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files. If some Windows functions aren't working or Windows crashes, use the System File Checker to scan Windows and restore your files. Sometimes corrupted files can cause issues.

4. Wait for the pending to stop, and it will confirm you are in the Preview.
   
5. Then restart the PC, reinstall the games you want, and choose a place on the hard drive that you would like to have the install folder.

If you are having issues downloading apps from the Windows Store, something might block your connection. Are you able to do this for me and rule out connection issues? Try using your phone as a mobile hotspot, connect it to your computer, and see if the apps are install.

Android Device: Share a mobile connection by hotspot or tethering on Android - Android Help (google.com) This link walks you through the steps of setting up your phone as a mobile hotspot on Android devices.

iOS devices: How to set up a Personal Hotspot on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support . This link walks you through the stesp of setting up your iPhone as a mobile hotspot.

If any of these two suggestions work, then there is something on your home network blocking your Windows device.

My final suggestion would be to reinstall Windows on the machine and after you have done that go through the set-up process and make sure all of your updates on the device are good to go. Reset your PC to reinstall Windows but delete your files, settings, and apps—except for the apps that came with your PC.

It will ask you if you want to download or use the Windows recovery on your machine. Choose Download as this will install a fresh copy of the operating system.

Once you have completed that clean install and you have logged back into Windows. Make sure all your updates are installed Update Windows (microsoft.com) This link shows you how to check for updates. Thank you for your help, but it doesn't work.

My problem is I can't access Xbox app when gaming services has installed. I can access the Xbox app after I remove the gaming services by this command "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers".

even if I can access the Xbox app, it notifies me that I need to download gaming services. If I do, it just like it could not install (nothing happens and game cannot install, display preparing button). If I close this Xbox window and re-open it, I will not be able to launch the app (stuck in Xbox logo loading screen)

My computer cannot install windows 11 (no TPM 2.0) and I try to update windows every time I try.

My EA Play is work fine. no any problems.

PS. By the way, I wasted my Pc Gamepass for a month with nothing.

I have bought the game pass for PC. Downloaded the app about 4 times now. signed up for windows insider to get all the upgrades ect ect ect. And I still cant log into the xbox app ..When I download a game it's stuck at press start. Nothing happens. Tried
several different games. Rolled windows back to previous version..Installed the app again. Same problem over and over ??
