    Hello, i need help! quantum break on April 4 days in advance of the digital version of the game, but has not received Alan wakes and the two DLC and quantum break PC versions of Exchange code, is this what's going on?

    • Alan Wake: American Nightmare
    • Quantum Break on Xbox One
    • Quantum Break on Windows 10
    • Alan Wake + additional content this four code,i only have one now!!!i dont know why?!please help me!!!

    Xbox Support are aware of this issue, and have posted an update here:

    Basically, there was an issue which has been identified, and is currently in the process of being rectified.

    The first,i m also not received the quantum break win10 code,the second,i received the alan wakes code,but i cant use it,when i redeem this code,it always tell me "Something went wrong.Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey, JackyMa8! Users in China receive that error because these games are not available there. If you are located there, you will not be able to redeem the codes.

    For the other games, would you please send me a screenshot of the confirmation email for the date so that we can verify purchase time? You will need to upload it to a file sharing site of your choice, and then send it to me in a private message. You can

    I bought quantum break and was suppose to get the pc and the xbox one verison, plus alan wake. I only received the alan wake game, haven't gotten the pc code yet.

    Didn't receive Xbox one Quantum Break preordered PC , or Allen wake download codes

    I am having the same issue. I just spoke with support and they referred me to this forum. I preordered Quantum Break on Xbox one on April 4th. As of today, April 15th, I have not received any codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake American Nightmare, or Quantum
    Break for PC.

    Xbox support did not help with this issue and only sent me here.
