    Why Can't i get xbox live gold?

    When i try and get xbox live gold it doesn't work and it says "try again", "something went wrong on our end. waiting might help" and i wait a lot and it never works and i want to play online. someone please help

    I get almost the same thing, except when I try to renew my gold membership, it says "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." I wait around 7-10 minutes, try again, and yet to no avail.
