    Help using the product I already paid for the way I want to use it


    I bought minecraft many years ago before microsoft, regretfully, bought it. I still play minecraft and recently wanted to play a feed the beast mod. I installed the ftb app and tried connecting my microsoft account, but was met with dozens of failures, often at different steps in the connection process. Usually the error occured either when connecting to my xbox account or when verifying my ownership of the game. I own the game and have never had this problem on other modpack launchers. Please help me access the product I paid for. Please do not give me useless advice I could have found with a quick google search, as I already tried all the simple cookie cutter suggestions such as "restart your pc" or "verify you are logging into the correct account", please do not waste my time by copying and pasting these suggestions to me again, as I have already tried them.

    This info could not be provided by anyone in the forums. I do not believe billing has is able to provide this but cannot say for certain. I would suggest contacting the provider of the key to see what they can do for you.

    I want an already used gamer tag

    If the tag is in use on the servers, there is no way for you to get it. The original owner would have to change the tag or it would have to be released by Microsoft. There is no way to request a gamertag. The tag system is also used by other Microsoft services,
    so even if it isn't being used on an Xbox, it could be in use elsewhere.

    Was the DVD set purchased new? I'm afraid it's impossible to move products between accounts, once the code is used it's used.

    The DVDs are now completely outdated and he would have to download the game again anyway.

    You can sign him up for PC gamepass, which includes Flight Simulator, or you can return thr DVDs and purchase thr game from the windows Store or Steam

    Some of the information on the thread states that:
    If you have reinstalled Microsoft Flight Simulator and are receiving an error message indicating that your activation code has already been used, ensure that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account that you used to activate the game initially.
