is there any other way to make contact with Xbox support or to get help to recover the account

everything on the online recovery form is written down in a book , but still getting back the part where Microsoft auto reply say " the information supplied is incorrect

it there not a other way just to have the phone number change so that i can get the code to verify the account

Unfortunately, I don't have any further advice to offer. The only chance of account recovery is through the online form.
