HELP UNLINKING ACCOUNT I LOST

Hi so.... i got locked out of a microsoft account cos i was hacked i couldnt give them enough details.... so they refuse to give me access.....the infuriating support section supports nothing but the fact there call back system is OFFLINE. they wont give me a human agent yet they can decide the fate of MY ACCOUNTS?

so long story short i need that old account unlinked from ubisoft and ive no idea how to do that without having access to it?

i cant get ubisoft+

i cant enjoy what im paying for and these dopes think its better for a robot to deny me access

where from here?

All account linking is fine at the other end, in this case Ubisoft.

Hello Masteratlarge, only the account owner can unlink the Xbox account with their developers.

in short old xbox live account lost, still want same Facebook on new account, can't access old xbox account to unlink, and Facebook doesn't show my Facebook as connected but when I try connecting Facebook to new account it says it's logged in to the old
account.

Try to escalate your issue to a supports and pass it to the system engineers provide they can actually do that and look to your unique issue.
