HELP TRYING TO PLAY 360 GAMES ON MY SERIES X

Every time I try to download profile using the 360 menu using the 2 buttons at the same time (pause & back) from there it brings up the Xbox 360 menu when I press download profile it keeps telling me to test my connection when I press test connection it brings me to the series X network settings and shows I'm open ipv4 and wired connected to the internet I've done nat tests and network tests all perfectly fine, I've reset the Xbox keeping games and apps I've gone into settings > system > storage > clear local saves games and clear Xbox 360 storage and it still just goes straight to test connection please helppp

Xbox Live for the Xbox 360 is currently down. No ETA yet on a fix.

Having the same issue as well but trying to play 360 games from a Series X, is microsoft even trying to fix this?

Hi,

if it is a backward compatible 360 game (you'll find a list in the internet or just try it out) you can play it on your Series X.

The disc shows the system only that you own the game. It will then download a Series X compatible version of the 360 game.

As long as the disc is inside the console you'll be able to play it.

Hi, Georges. Neither game mentioned above is listed as an XBox 360 game. I'm currently trying to play on my XBox One-X (my series X is going to have to go in for a warranty claim, as it's turning on, but not currently able to display a picture

).

I believe that I had this happen with Spartan Runner on my Series X as well, and eventually I just gave up.

What game is it you are trying to play? Is it a 0g Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S title.
