help to uninstall Xbox game bar. tried every suggestion nothing works

**Uninstall Xbox Game Bar

Press the Windows key + X

Click and Run Windows PowerShell(Admin)

Copy and paste the command below then press Enter

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay* | remove-appxpackage

Hello, thank you for your response.
I've been using Game bar recorder for years and this started happening a couple of months ago, the weird things is that the recorder works perfectly in some games but in most games it is still glitchy.
I have windows 11
I've tried uninstalling game bar and every single xbox app multiple times and changing my settings, also I've tried doing what you suggested and setting the quality to standard (there is no medium quality) and nothings seemed to work.

I uninstalled Xbox game bar and reinstalled it still didn't work. I tried everything nothing else worked. I'm on windows 11 by the way.

Thanks for the suggestion and I forgot to state I also tried to uninstall and that did not work. I have tried it again this morning and still nothing but thank you for trying to help.

I tried it and it didn't work. It didn't let me uninstall the xbox game bar so I just reset it.
