Help to resolve a problem with MS Store

Hi hoping someone can help me with this. I've owned several Xbox consoles but never encountered this issue before. My current console is Xbox One X

When I am in the Store, I can see all of the game ads etc. but when I select a game, instead of taking me to the page with the details, screen shots, option to purchase etc. I just get a mostly blank grey screen. My avatar is visible
in the top corner but the rest of the screen is just blank and grey. I have tried signing in and out of my account and restarting the console but the problem still persists. Any suggestions?

MS Store - 3 months of XBL Gold promotion never received

Hi, I purchased 3 months of xbl gold from the MS store back in January during the promotion that promised an additional 3 months of gold to be delivered via messenger by March 15th. Still haven't received a code, so I contacted MS store support and they
suggested I post a topic here to resolve the problem. Appreciate anything you can do to help me get my promo code.

Error code xbox live

In the xbox live, i have the error code 8C150009 and i can't to access to xbox store.

How can i resolve this problem?

Same problem. Flight Simulator won't launch from MS Store and reports this error. Also on Dev build 20190. How will we know when Microsoft resolves this issue?

same problem here. increasingly frustrated and absolutely no help from MS or xbox live on resolving this issue

Would you laugh if I told you that the reason I'm here is because MS chat support told me to come to this forum to get the problem resolved? I've also tried calling in, but that doesn't help much. They've told me to drive to my nearest MS store (which
is an HOUR away) to get it resolved.

Gas prices are great right now, but that doesn't mean I want to waste the money and three hours to make the journey. Especially when I'm not very confident in MS' ability to fix this in one attempt after my support interactions.

In other words, if I drove all the way to the store just to have one more guy point me somewhere else, I think I'd flip a pancake.

how is this resolved. ms edge option to uninstall not available nor is applications available in store.

Exactly. It is not MS problem but the store where you bought it. Ask them for problem if they do not want to help ask for person on higher position.
