Help!Terrible latency w Xbox live

Are you connected via wired or wireless? If you're connected via wireless, you may try connecting your console via wired and check if there will be a difference.

Also, kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

K cpu hardwired connection test ran 4 times. 1st...64.76 dl w/ 4.34 ul, latency at 12 ms, jitter 8ms. 2nd...64.62 dl w/ 4.33 ul, latency at 16 ms, jitter 3ms. 3rd...64.42 dl w/ 4.26 ul, latency at 15 ms, jitter 3 ms. 4th...56.29 dl w/ 4.3 ul, latency at
12 ms, jitter 37 ms. Don't understand why they make the connection to the servers crap or if I have problems with my box. These where ran with the same connection and same cord that is used with xbox one. Go figure..... If someone has a reply feel free I'll

Definitely wait until you have a better internet connection, the new gen does have more focus on multiplayer and using a hotspot for Live is going to have terrible latency.

BO2 is matchmade via latency and ping. LP is matchmade the same way with a bit of ranks for LP and W/Ls. No skill or "tru"skill matchmaking.

Kalpso has some good games, and some terrible ones..
