Help! Taptiles won't work

Hi, since upgrading to Windows 10, Taptiles won't work I got it working, albeit with glitches but last night, it wouldn't connect to my account and therefore wouldn't let me do the daily challenge. I tried a few times and it kept coming up with error
code 0x8007041D. It was advised to check my account in the store was the same as the one I used to download and it was, it said if that didn't help, delete then redownload the app. I deleted but it now won't even install from the store due to the same code.
I had done every challenge this month and it was looking good for 100%!! Please help. Thank you

Not loading Mahjong

Having the same problem In the last few days with both Mahjong & Solitaire. Solitaire was working & Taptiles wasn't. Now Solitaire won't work, but Taptiles does.

Error code 0x80073d05

Have had major problems with taptiles. Not loading or loading and freezing. Uninstalled Taptiles and tried to reinstall kept getting error code 0x80073d05 I have done the reset but still keep getting this error code and won't install. What is wrong. When
this game works it is great.

I have a problem since downloading windows 10. I cannot sign in to taptiles. The error code is 0xC03F300D. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same problem exists but now I have lost all of my previous results.

have new laptop with windows 8.1 on it, won't load taptiles. tried uninstall reinstall with no luck. Have it on other devices works fine. anyone have a solution?

I had internet 8 and updated to 8.1. When I had 8 taptiles worked perfectly. Now, when I play solitare or majohng when I AM SIGNED IN. Taptiles will not play and only shoots taptiles to the task bar on the desktop and refuses to open or let me sign in.
Updates or uninstall does NOT work. Help.

MS Win8 Games

Windows 8.1 installs updates automatically to games. I have been seeing this issue with Adera as well. When you say that Taptiles won't work completely, what is it doing?

I have got all of the updates for the game. The game/app does run, It just won't connect with my xbox account. Other Microsoft games like Taptiles work just fine.
