    HELP stuck with cross play off even though it’s on


    Recently for playing MWIII I’ve turned off cross play so the lobbies are a bit easier. When I logged into Fortnite today to play with friends I went to turn off cross play but even though it says it’s off I keep getting the pop up that cross play is off and when I try playing games cross play is off everywhere any solutions???

    Forced cross play

    The problem is not just call of duty.

    Even battlefield 2042 and halo.

    Its literally forced cross play.

    If u turn it off, u cant join any match with constant annoying cross play notification unless u turn it on.

    If the reason is on cod developers side, so why turning off cross play works perfectly fine on PlayStation 5 ? Even bf2042 works perfectly fine on PlayStation5 after turning off the cross play ??!

    I tend to agree with Tzar here. There's no real benefit for developers for cross platform play even though it would ge cool.

    If you're talking about the skull, cross bones, shotgun symbols....I believe it is based off of your average round survived. I haven't played the game in a year though.
