Unfortunately, there's no direct number or an email address to contact our support. the only way you can contact them is through that website page. If you are facing issues with that Xbox support page, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product.. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. On the category/topic, select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

Please note that the team will need to verify the account by sending a code to your son's email address to get access to his account. Therefore, if you don't have access to his email as you mentioned, then you will need to contact your bank for them to block the payment as they won't be able to proceed cancelling the subscription.

Just block the payment from your side - Bank or Credit Card. That will stop it and the account will be closed.

I have no access to his emails. I don't know any of his passwords. Every time I attempt to contact, I end up either getting disconnected.

OMG. after a 30min. wait i was connected to a manager supposedly who I waiting another 29 minutes for.

He said since I couldn't send a code to the xbox, or get into my son's email there was nothing he could do.

He would submit a dispute ticket and contact the bank. - I've submitted a stop dispute on the bankside also

So Microsoft is not worth it's kibbles in my opinion. You all can take a long walk off a short pier.
