help skate 3 doesnt work on my xbox

Okay so i ordered skate 3 off of amazon brand new and it came in today. I pretty much always get my games from there. The first time i inserted it into my xbox i got an error message, i only got it once and i thought it was my xbox being funny so i didnt
pay attention to the number but it was something like x.80000002 (xbox doesnt recognize as a readable disc?) After the error i ejected the disc and put it back in but nothing happens. I can hear the disc run inside the xbox like a normal game and after a few
seconds the xbox screen flashes like its going to run a game but nothing happens. When the disc is inside the xbox and i view it in the store i get this (see picture). When i press install this happens in my queue (see picture). I have plenty of discs for
the xbox one and the 360 and ive never had this problem with any of them. I restarted my console, same result; unplugged the console from the wall, same result; i even reset the xbox, same result. Not sure what to do I ran out of ideas please let me know thanks

Xbox won't recognize skate games

My xbox wont recognize the discs for skate 2 or skate 3. Just says open tray. The game discs work on other consoles and other game discs work on my console.

I bought 25 euro's on my microsoft account so i could buy skate 3. But I can't buy skate 3 with it. Can anybody help me??!

 

Hey dsketxh! To clarify, are you having any issues with other discs on the console? Additionally, do you have the ability to test the game on an Xbox 360 console? Post back and let me know!
