i have a question im trying to get my gamertag back on my old account that was hack can anyone help me since its been inactive for 5 years

im having the same issue as of today since xbox live has been hacked or disrupted. i can not access store(games).

im thinking EA's been *** with cuz im pree pissed about being hacked.
