Help! Series X wont turn on

I've bought two of the Robot White digital Series x in the past 6 months. They both randomly have died with no prior issue. I turned it off and the next day it wont turn back on. It's dust free I air dust daily. I have a small bug issue but when spraying out none come out running. Any ideas how to fix

Hey A, thanks for posting your question in the forums. I'm sorry you're dealing with this power issue with your Xbox Series X!

Are there bugs inside the fan vents? The bugs might have left something inside that prevents the Xbox from properly ventilating and cooling. If it happened with two separate consoles, it might be something in the environment. Try another outlet if you can. Also, if you're using an extension cord or power strip, try plugging the Xbox directly into the wall to rule that out.

Most likely yes but the xbox one wont be future proof aka wont be able to play certain games in the future the xbox one x will be it will eventually turn into an older console but still will be able to play the game the series x can

I dont have a 360 only series x and it wont let me on the series x

Try the recommended troubleshooting in this support article:

Also try a different power cable if possible. Series X|S consoles use a standard figure 8 cable, the same one for the One X and One S models.
