HELP! Security legitimation SMS or Call?????

Hello,

I bought my Xbox One in the first week of december 2017 and create a new online account. In the next step i buy the Xbox Gold license and everything was fine.

After a few days, Microsoft need a save legitimation code. Microsoft give two contact options.

Send the code via SMS or Call.

.....but i have not received any SMS or Call. i try it every day.........

My Cellphone number in my acount is right ans works.

The next problem, i can't call the Microsoft Service center, because Microsoft will send for legitimation

a sms.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

What can i Do?

blocking security proofs message

Add another security proof you need two incase the email is compromised

sms or phone number works nicely if a change is made on your email proof your sms will receive a msg asking if that was you making the change

Sorry for the confusion about the SMS. If you have not done anything in the account as in change password, update info, or anything where it would need to send a security code I wouldn't bother with it. Although on off chance that someone may be trying to
access the account due to you keep getting these. I would go to the
Account website and log in to make sure all your security and contact information is up to date as a precaution. Other than that I wouldn't worry about them too much or just ignore them.

sign into your account at account.live.com since you know the email and password and go to security and make sure that the phone number is correct if you dont have access or its not sending it for some reason you can change it there but there would be a
30 day hold on your account before you would be able to do anything that requires a security code but you should still be able to sign into your account with no problems.

nothing worked.. family members that are not at same location have to call me to or contact me somewhere to extract security code from me from sms.

i dont care about security i care that they could play like before migration .. microsoft fix it

no ther eisn't sms login thats impossible as sms doesn't allow for interactive login where it asks you questions and you answer immediately

SMS is not an app nor can it login into servers

there is however secure mobile phone and secure pc options

with those 2 enabled you can only reset your password via the specific pc (hopefully if you sell it you know to erase all personal data and update your reset settings at live.com)

and also by mobile phone via sms
