i hope i finally made it to the right spot.. i hace been waiting for my reward points to be transfered to xbox currency, please help?

i need help in xbox live reward. When i enter in "my rewards" i have 5100 points but it didn't convert into microsoft points

You will want to reach out to Microsoft Rewards for help with the rewards points.

You could also complete reward missions if you have the gamepass some missions give 600 reward points you can typically earn over 2000 reward points every month hope this helps

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

All Microsoft points were deposited as of August 2013 with Microsoft points were discontinued and the program switched to Rewards credits. So your points would have been deposited several years ago.

If you're a part of the Microsoft rewards program, one of the rewards is xbox credit which you can use to buy games, add-ons etc.

It will take some time, but the rewards are really worth it in the long run.
