    I'm not getting my reward downloaded into my account. It keeps saying that my profile needs updating but it is already updated its been around three months

    For help with the rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The achievements levels only update once a month.

    I have a feeling I'll be changing all of my scorestreak rewards after the new update comes out. The article I read the other day about the update said that they will be raising the scorestreaks for all of the lower rewards.

    For help with the rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The achievements levels only update once a month.

    Box rewards says I'm not gold?

    It could take a while to update on the rewards system. Wait a day or two, then check back to see if it has updated. If not, post this problem on the Xbox Rewards forum area, where the Rewards support staff are around to help.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The program does not award credits for anything done before joining the program. Achievement levels only update once a month so it can take some time to update.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that if you just added gold it can take about 96 hours for the program to update.
