Help retrieving my xbox account

Hi. Sorry this might be long.

Someone recently hacked my xbox account. They changed the email address on the account so the normal microsoft recovery didnt work, just went round and round in circles. Anyway, via my PC, one of the options that came up was to start a new account. So i
tried that with the same email address, which seemed to work fine, as I have access to the emails, and the verification etc worked as it should. So I now have the account set back up with new passwords etc. However, how do I get back my gamertag, all my films
that I purchased through xbox (loads of them) and my games. Also still when on turn on the xbox and try to log in via my Gamertag, I cant get past the sign in screen as it has someone elses email address listed, and I dont know the password attached to it.

There dont seem to be any phone numbers to microsoft or xbox. Which means I cant even remove my Card and Paypal details from the old account.
