Help! Redemtion Code Defect

Hey,

So I got a choose your game xbox one today and the download code didn't work. It's defective and I don't know

what to do. I've even tried it on the xbox itself and don't work. Help please.

You have to enter the 16 digit code on the Name Your Game website (https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/). You will choose the game you want there and they will send you a 25 digit
code for the game.

 

I've tryed on my computer too.

 

If it's the 16 digit code, you have to first enter that code on the Name Your Game website and choose the game, then wait for the 25 digit download code. https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/

If it's the 25 digit code, you will need to fill out the form on the bottom of the offer's FAQ for assistance - https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/faq.html

 

i got the same for my gears of war codes all worked except for gears of war 3

 

If you are getting not available in your region or 8015017 or invalid code then the issues isn't the code and a new code won't help
