Help recovering or permanently delete my hacked Xbox and Microsoft account

Hi, i was trying to sign into my old Xbox account: "Zaypro711" today and when i tried to sign in my account:"sh***@gmail.com" i got an error saying: (fix this on the web) so i to sign into my old Microsoft account and entered the email but when i entered the password it said (we can't sign you in-you've used an incorrect account or password too many times. if it's an organization account, it might not be active yet). so i believe i've been hacked because i tried to reset the password and seen an unknown Hotmail email and phone number and i think i have 2 step verification on because i tried to do an account recovery and i got an email saying: (that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership). is it possible for you guys to change the email address to: "za***@gmail.com" or permanently delete my Microsoft account? Please and thanks in advance.

Need assistance on deleting XBox from my Microsoft Account. I was hacked in the past and charged for use and purchases related to XBox.

The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account. They are one in the same so there is no way to delete the Xbox account without also permanently deleting your Microsoft account.

If you deleted your account off of your console you can recover the gamerrag by selecting the “recover gamertag”. If you deleted it from Microsoft than it is permanently deleted.

Deleting a Microsoft account permanently would require 60 days of waiting to complete the process. Chances are, that your Microsoft account is still not deleted by the hacker.
